Attorney Shauna Finnegan began her legal career as a Pro Bono Housing Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services in Lawrence, Massachusetts and later interned at the Essex County Superior Courthouse for (Ret.) Asst. Clerk Edward Sullivan. In 2004, Shauna began working as a Paralegal for Attorney Beauregard at Palma Law Offices in Lowell, Massachusetts. She joined The Law Office of Todd D. Beauregard, PC in 2008 and was promoted to Managing Attorney in 2012.
A greater portion of Shauna’s practice is in Worker’s Compensation and Probate & Family Law. Shauna handles a variety of probate matters including guardianships over children and incapacitated adults, estate administration, and protective services for elders at risk of neglect and financial exploitation. Oftentimes, Shauna is appointed by colleagues and/or the Court to act as a Mediator, GAL, Parenting Coordinator, and Trustee.

Shauna received her BA in English Studies from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar in December of 2008. Shauna sat as President of the Greater Lowell Bar Association from 2017-2018 and as a GLBA Board Member from 2014-2017. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM), certified as a Category F Guardian ad Litem, and a qualified Mediator pursuant to M.G.L.c 233§23C.
