Attorney Clements was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. In High School, she became a member of the law program and was a member of the school’s mock trial team. While in college she participated in an internship through the Boston University International Program in Washington, D.C. for Congresswoman Cardiss Collins of Illinois. While in college, Attorney Clements also participated in an internship for the New York City Tort Department. While in law school, Attorney Clements participated in an internship for the Chief Court Attorney in the New York City Criminal Court. Attorney Clements earned appointment by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as a Rule 3:03 Student Practitioner, interning as a victim/witness advocate in the Lowell District Court, assisting those in need with civil restraining orders.

Attorney Shauna Finnegan began her legal career as a Pro Bono Housing Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services, in Lawrence, Massachusetts helping low-income families in landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, and foreclosures. Prior to working at NLS, Shauna worked as an Intern for Asst. Clerk Edward Sullivan at the Essex County Superior Courthouse, in Lawrence, Massachusetts and as a Paralegal at Palma Law Offices in Lowell, Massachusetts for Attorney Todd Beauregard. She has been a valued member of The Law Office of Todd D. Beauregard, P.C. since June of 2009.

Gordon is the former Commissioner of the local Youth Baseball League, and the former Commissioner of the local Adult Softball League. Gordon volunteered for over 6 years as a parent-child mediator for a non-profit organization in southern New Hampshire.

Practice:
In 2009, Gordon was appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as a Rule 3:03 Student Practitioner. In this role, Gordon gained valuable experience as a legal researcher and second chair in care and protection, juvenile defense, adoption and guardianship matters.
Attorney Gordon Gainty began his legal career, while in law school, as a Paralegal for Lane Law Offices, PLLC in Exeter, New Hampshire handling domestic relations and personal injury matters. In his final year of law school, Gordon then volunteered as a legal intern for the firm of Defilippis, Kaldis & Hennessey, LLP of Lowell, Massachusetts where he worked on care and protection and defense matters in the Lowell Juvenile Court and on civil cases heard in the Marlboro District Court. Gordon joined the Law Offices of Gary M. Horwitz in Chelmsford in January 2011 handling matters relating to divorces, modifications, child custody, probate and wills.
