Attorney Clements was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. In High School, she became a member of the law program and was a member of the school’s mock trial team. While in college she participated in an internship through the Boston University International Program in Washington, D.C. for Congresswoman Cardiss Collins of Illinois. While in college, Attorney Clements also participated in an internship for the New York City Tort Department. While in law school, Attorney Clements participated in an internship for the Chief Court Attorney in the New York City Criminal Court. Gordon is the former Commissioner of the local Youth Baseball League, and the former Commissioner of the local Adult Softball League. Gordon volunteered for over 6 years as a parent-child mediator for a non-profit organization in southern New Hampshire.

In 2009, Gordon was appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as a Rule 3:03 Student Practitioner. In this role, Gordon gained valuable experience as a legal researcher and second chair in care and protection, juvenile defense, adoption and guardianship matters.
